• Full pre-payment of package is required at the time of reservation
• Full retention or refund for cancelation received 15 days prior to arrival
• Entire stay cancelation charges will be applicable if cancelled within 14 days from date of arrival
• No cancelation charges if cancelled more tha 15 days prior to arrival
• The above cancelation policy is not valid during long weekends and during certain other times of the year.
• Incase of refund, the bank charges (or payment gateway / link charges) will be deducted in addition to the refunded amount.
